Who We Are

We are a group of Christian bicycling enthusiasts working to help the underserved communities of Catania, including immigrants, refugees, and the poor of our community to integrate into our community through the activity of cycling. In this way, our goal is to build a community of people in our city through the use of bicycles for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Among other activities, we receive bicycles in donation, fix them, and give them away to those who are in need. In addition, we fix bicycles for a donation to help cover labor and parts, teach courses to learn how to fix a bicycle, and employ people from the underserved communities mentioned above to work along with us.

Agape Bici also offers bicycle rides outside of the city of Catania for those who have little access to the beauty of Mt. Etna and the rest of Sicily. We rent bicycles and offer other social and spiritual benefits to our association’s members. Please contact us and come to get involved! Whether you consider yourself to be an expert cyclist or a beginner, there is a place for you within our community, and a place for you to reach out and serve the underserved of our community!
